The Northwest Illinois Chapter provides services to active members of U.S. Military and their families including: National Guard, Reservists, Recruiters, Reserve Offices Training Corps (ROTC), U.S. Public Health Services, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Retires, and Veterans.
